He was brilliant, as always, with a great sense of state, recalling the spirit of the beginnings of our democracy. He spoke, without a doubt one of the most intelligent speeches quoting Albert Camus, Robert Capa, Luis Cernuda and Bertold Brecht. also made a joke, much celebrated by all on the start of democracy in Spain, ironically his first encounter with Manuel Fraga, who recalled as he passed the first time he entered Congress as a deputy and after greeting each other, "but neither was launched onto the neck of another thought here can be a democracy."
